Dr. Steven Tsui
Steven has more than 30 years of marketing, engineering and management experience. He held various key management positions in multinational technology firms such as Kulicke & Soffa, Motorola and Philips before co-founding Matricon. Steven is a Hi-Fi enthusiast and enjoyed reading and traveling. He graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Electronics Engineering. He also holds a DBA from New Castle University (Australia) and a MBA from University of Hull (UK).
Ruben has over 20 years of experience in the design and development and management of electronics products. The last 10 years was focused on audio product development. Including Bluetooth headset, speakers, and lightning accessories. Ruben graduated from Shanghai University with a degree in computer engineering. Previous employment includes the Shanghai radio broadcast group, Phillips semiconductor and WPI group.
Polly is a product designer. She has been working with consumer electronics and kitchenware for almost ten years. She has lead and driven the product design for prominent brands such as Monster Cable, Logitech, and Urbanista. She graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Product Innovation Technologies. She is an avid fan of sports and traveling, giving her inspiration to create compact and rugged designs.
Alan gathers user requirements and communicates with engineers and to make products happen. He has an MBA, an MSC in management, and ten years of experience managing technology products ranging from mobile apps to cellular routers. He is also responsible for content development as well as implementing PR and crowdfunding campaigns. He treats his technology quite roughly, so he always ensures that any product he develops can stand up to his abuse.
